Terms & Conditions – 2026 Reporting Agility Benchmark Survey Prize Draw 

1. Promoter
   This prize draw is promoted by EBM Software (“Promoter”), 7900 Xerxes Ave South, Floor 21, Minneapolis, MN 55431.
2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or over. 

• Employees of EBM Software, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

• The survey, and prize draw, is open to participants in the USA only. 

3. Entry Period

• The prize draw opens on Tuesday 09.16 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 11.28 (2025)(“Closing Date”). 

• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be eligible. 

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the 2026 Reporting Agility Benchmark Survey during the Entry Period. 

• Only one entry per individual will be accepted. 

• No purchase is necessary. 

5. Prizes

• There are two prizes, each consisting of a $250 Amazon Gift Card  

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 10 business days of the Closing Date. 

• Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in the survey. 

• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. 

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• Survey responses will be aggregated and anonymised for inclusion in the 2026 Reporting Agility Benchmark Whitepaper and related materials. 

• Personal data (such as name and email address) will be collected for a purpose of administering the prize draw and delivering the prize. 

• All personal data will be processed in accordance with EBM Software’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://ebmsoftware.com/privacy-statement-us/  

8. General

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or ineligible entries due to technical failures or other reasons beyond its control. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make it unavoidable. 

• The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
